The
"6A" designation indicates that this is the sixth American flight in
a planned series of flights to construct the International Space Station
(ISS). Flight 6A delivered the "Raffaello" Multi-Purpose Logistics Module
(MPLM) for lab outfitting, an Untra High Frequency (UHF) antenna and
the Canadian Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS). |
