The Ground Systems Division provides New Development capability, Operations and Maintenance support, Sustaining Engineering expertise and Customer Processing Support Management for the Ground Systems at Kennedy Space Center for pre-launch and post-landing processing of International Space Station flight elements and Space Shuttle Payloads. The Ground Systems Division includes four integrated teams; Facilities, Support Equipment and the Test Control and Monitoring System (TCMS) Checkout and the Customer Processing Support Management (CPSM) teams.

The Ground Systems Division provides new development for Facilities, Ground Support Equipment and TCMS/Checkout systems; provides Operations and Maintenance for Facilities and TCMS; and PTCS. The CPSM participate in the planning and technical integration of the payload customer's processing requirements within their facility and ensures proper coordination between all parties.
