Mission Operations Division provides overall mission processing direction and management of daily operations functions at KSC for the implementation of all processing requirements for assigned and unassigned hardware.  Provides directorate interfaces to the ISS and Space Shuttle programs for the integration and accomplishment of mission objectives, activities, and manifests.  The division authorizes and approves all work performed on ISS elements post-DD250, Material Inspection and Receiving Report, and provides for functional management of day-to-day operations, including element processing, utilization, and Multiple Element Integrated Test (MEIT) operations.  The division provides customer interface from payload predelivery to KSC through launch and on-orbit operations and continuing through landing and orbiter deintegration.  It cochairs element-level and integrated Test Readiness Reviews.  It ensures consistent processes across missions and throughout the directorate, including requirements integration management.  It manages, identifies, and coordinates long-range planning for ISS United States, International Partners, and other Shuttle payload customer launch site requirements.  The division implements and tracks program requirements for the integrated test configurations and provides for the functional test management of hazardous operations, Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM), assembly missions, and ISS payloads in support of Shuttle processing.  The division manages the overall elements for CoFR, award fee, and surveillance.  Conducts postmission lessons learned and documents that knowledge for future use.  Provides leadership and management to Orion production support team providing technical and operational expertise for pre-DD250 Orion hardware.
